Spirit Wear Update: Order Pickup Information
- If you ordered York Prep Spirit Wear by the 12/4 deadline, it will be available for pickup on Thursday, 12/17 from 2:00-4:00 pm and Friday, 12/18 from 7:30 am- 1:00 pm at the Student Union building. Please contact spiritwear@yorkprepsc.org with questions.
- Missed ordering last month? Our Spirit Wear Store is always open at https://www.ypaonlinestore.org. Orders received by the 5th of each month will be available for pickup at the Student Union by the 20th.

Learning about force and motion, Ms. Mary Cathryn Manley's 5th grade built a protective enclosure for an egg. The students then dropped the egg inside the enclosure from the top step of the bleachers. Some eggs survived the fall and some did not... but the students had fun learning either way.

The National Honors Society would also like to invite all students to help them with a “supply drive” for Safe Passage, Inc.. Safe Passage is a woman and children’s shelter in Rock Hill. They are in need of cleaning supplies, towels, paper plates and plastic utensils, paper towels, Lysol, wipes, and laundry detergent. Please bring supplies to Dr. Gallman, Mrs. Lang or Mrs. Estes at the front desk at the High School building through December 15th.

York Preparatory Academy is governed by a Board of Trustees made up of 7 members. Last night, York Prep welcomed two new board members, Krysten Franks and Joe Medlin and thank them for their desire to serve.
York Prep would also like to express our sincere thanks to our two exiting board members, Bill Hargrove and Joseph Johansen who both served on the Board of Directors for six years.
