TRANSPORTATION

York Prep is open to students throughout the entire state of South Carolina. There are actual students from over 3 counties that consistently come to our campus. Such a diverse population of students makes it prohibitive for us to provide transportation to all students who attend. The majority of our students are dropped off and picked up daily by parents, family, friends, or a third-party daycare provider.

We implement a well-designed traffic plan to help this take place safely for all students. In addition, to try and help families who may struggle to provide transportation, we have a limited bus service available. These typically pick-up and drop-off in community parking lots and not door to door.

Bus Information

Limited bus service available with pick-up and drop-off in community parking lots and not door to door. If you are interested in your student riding a bus, please use the link below to apply for busing. Bus applications are open to rising K5-8th grade and are first come first serve. The bus application for the 2025/26 school year will open on May 20, 2025. Please contact ryan.bridges@yorkprepsc.org with questions.
