York Prep high school students have the opportunity for Credit Recovery this summer through http://virtualsc.org. Students may take courses online for FREE between June 8 and July 30 to earn credit. The deadline to register is June 10.

In January of 2020, YPA hosted its first Patriot 5K Scholarship Run/Walk. Through the generous support of our participants and sponsors, we were able to award a scholarship to a graduating senior. Seniors had the opportunity to apply, sharing how they plan to use the skills they have learned at YPA in their continuing education and future career. After review by a committee of alumni, we are pleased to award the 2020 Patriot Alumni Scholarship of $2,000 to Daniel Gleaves. Daniel plans to attend the University of South Carolina Honors College in the fall, pursuing a major in Computer Science.
