York Preparatory Academy launched our 1st week of our new Intramural Sports Skills program on Saturday allowing K-5th grade students the opportunity to develop sports skills under the instruction of York Prep Coaches and varsity players.
Our next session will offer volleyball and basketball training and will run for 6 weeks from January 11th - February 15th. Basketball Tryout Information: All students must have an updated physical prior to try-outs (no exceptions). Please wear a t-shirt, gym shorts and tennis shoes to try-outs.

York Prep is excited to announce the first of our Intramural Sports Skills programs developing basketball skills. This is a 6-week coed program for grades K5-5th and athletes will be grouped by grade level (groups may change depending on participation). All sessions will be held on Saturday mornings. The cost of the program is $100 and includes a t-shirt. There is no registration fee. The program fee must be paid in full by the deadline. No late registrations will be accepted. Dance Team Tryouts: Middle school (grades 6-8) and high school dance team tryouts are Tuesday, 9/10, Thursday, 9/12 and Friday, 9/13 from 3:15-5:00 pm.
* Location: Tuesday,9/10- Elementary School Gym, Thursday, 9/12 and Friday, 9/13-Student Union Gym. Participants must attend all three days.
* Requirement: Participants must have your physical to try out.
* Attire: Please wear yoga pants or spandex shorts, sports bra, tank top, jazz shoes or socks and tennis shoes. All hair must be pulled back.
