High School Students Only:
In preparation for the Lower State Championship game in Florence, SC on Monday, February 28th, we are excited to be able to provide transportation to students that would like to go and cheer on our boys basketball team in their quest for the state championship. We have 44 seats available. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. Be sure to wear your YPA gear. The cost is $36. The cost includes the ticket and cost of transportation. The cost can be paid online or in-person at the Student Union. This must be paid by Friday, February 25th by 1:00 pm. You will need to also provide a receipt and permission form to the high school front desk by Friday, February 25th by 2:00 pm.
Food purchases at the concession stand may be contactless, so debit/credit cards will only be accepted. Students will have the opportunity to eat a bagged lunch at the school prior to departing the high school at 11:30 am on February 28 and eat at Chick-fil-A or Burger King after the game (45- 60 minute stop). The arrival time is for 7:00 pm. In the event that the arrival time changes, you will be notified by the best contact number that you entered on the field trip permission form.
There will be chaperones for this event and students will be supervised at all times. Students must be attentive to the chaperones for pertinent information. Students will adhere to the policies and procedures of the YPA Family handbook. All incidents in violation will be handled by the school as outlined in the handbook.
