We are so excited to announce a school-wide event for our entire York Prep family! On Saturday, October 28th, York Prep will host Family Movie Night! With the generous support of Magnolia Tree Care, we have rented a 26’ Blockbuster Pro Screen for an outdoor cinematic experience!
TICKETS: FREE! No tickets will be sold for this event. All students attending should be accompanied by an adult. Come enjoy a night of family fun!
EVENT SCHEDULE:
- 6:00 PM TRUNK-OR-TREAT & FOOD SALES: High School will be sponsoring a Trunk-or-Treat for our students starting at 6:00 pm in the Middle School parking lot. Children are welcome to dress in costume. Masks, gore, scary costumes, and weapons are not permitted.
- 7:00 PM OUTDOOR MOVIE: We will be showing the family friendly movie, Hotel Transylvania on the soccer field behind the Athletic Field House. The movie will start around 7:00 pm once it is dark. Bring your blanket or camping chair and enjoy a night under the stars.
FOOD AND CONCESSIONS: York Prep will be selling movie snacks at the concession window at the Athletic Field House. Cash and card will be accepted. We plan to have food trucks as well beginning at 6:00 pm for dinner items. Bathrooms will be open at the Athletic Field House.
VOLUNTEER: We are looking for a few volunteers to help out at this event. Volunteering is open to parents and high school students. Please check out the following SIGN UP LINK and contact Baylee Patterson with questions.
