Announcement: 9/29/20
Dear York Prep Community,
Among the many things that have been affected during the 2020 calendar year were York Preparatory's annual elections for the Board of Trustees. Recently we asked for nominations for those willing to participate in our delayed election and we are happy to have received some great candidates. We are pleased to present to you this year's candidates for the school's Board of Trustees. The school's election committee, made up of representatives from grade-level groups has certified that each of these candidates has completed all the requirements to be on the ballot for the election that will take place on October 29th.
In response to conditions related to COVID 19, the election committee has also determined that we will use a secure online voting platform this year to conduct the election. In this process, each eligible voter will receive a unique username to cast their votes and the platform will securely tally and give us the results for the two winners. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our election, you may contact the Election Committee at elections@yorkprepsc.org.
