School Meals Program

We will be offer a Thanksgiving Holiday Meal as the lunch option for Thursday, October 16th. We are excited that the vendor has given us this option this year. The meal will include: Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, and a pumpkin bar for dessert.
FIELD TRIPS-- If your child is going on a field trip, please do not order them the Hot Lunch or Salad option. You are more than welcome to send in a disposable bag lunch, or you can order the School Bag Lunch option.
Free/Reduced Lunch Applications- We require EVERY family to fill out a Free/Reduced lunch application, each school year. If you decide that you do not wish to disclose your income information, please fill in the student names and then write DECLINE across the section that is labeled "Step 3".
If you are filling out the form to see if your family qualifies for the Free or Reduced breakfast/lunch option, please make sure that your form is completely filled in. Everyone that lives in the home, as well as ALL income information must be written on the form.
All Lunch Statuses have been updated.
When you log into Orgsonline, the price you see is based on the information you submitted on the Free/Reduced Lunch forms. If you did not submit a form, you will see that the price reflects Full Pay.
Monthly Menu- YPA uses an outside vendor for our School Meals Program.
A Monthly Menu will be posted mid-month for the following month. The ordering period will be open for an average of 7-10 days. ALL orders MUST be places and paid for within the ordering period. (ex. if the lunch menu for October is added on or around September 13th, the lunch ordering will be open from September 13 - September 24th)
Once the ordering period has closed NO LATE ORDERS CAN BE ACCEPTED. (the reasoning behind this, is so that the YPA Lunch Staff can get all lunch orders counted and to the vendor in the time frame that they require) Please be mindful of this throughout the school year.
You will receive several forms of communication letting you know when the ordering period will be opening and when it will be closing.
Some forms may include: Weekly School Newsletter, Class Emails, and Automated Phone Calls, so please make sure that you keep all contact information updated at the school.

Please go to Orgs and set up an account for your children. (School Code is 292YPASC)
If you already have an account for your family, you do not need to make a new one. If you have forgotten your log in information, or need to update your account, please let me know. This will save some confusion of orders being placed under multiple accounts.
Bruster's Blue Ice- This yummy program allows our Patriots to enjoy a delicious Bruster’s Italian ice served in a pre-scooped, pre-packaged container and delivered to our school once each month.
We will open ordering up again in December, this will be for those that did not order at the start of the school year. It will allow you to order at a discounted price for the last half of the school year.
FOOD SERVICES ORDERING:
K - 5th Grade-- Order the Elem serving size
6 - 12th Grade-- Order the MS/HS serving size
Free/Reduced-- Please only order 1 menu item per day (hot lunch or a salad)
